2016 First weaving line installed

Started with one circular loom producing 500 kg FIBCs for local rice mills. The focus was on consistent seam strength and clean lifting loops.

2018 Dedicated mining aggregate line

Added a second production line with heavier fabric weight and reinforced bottom construction after quarry operators reported edge abrasion on standard bags.

2020 ISO 9001 certification

Formalized our quality checks for fabric tensile strength, loop attachment, and stitching density. Every batch now carries a traceable lot number.

2022 Export capacity doubled

Expanded the warehouse floor and added a second forklift station to handle container loading for shipments to Australia and the Middle East.

2024 UN-rated bags for hazardous cargo

Introduced UN-certified FIBCs for mineral concentrates, meeting the testing requirements for sea freight and transshipment through major ports.

Why Bagnbeyond exists

Bagnbeyond was founded to solve a specific problem: agricultural raw materials and mining aggregates rarely stay where they are produced. They move across borders, through ports, onto ships, and into warehouses that expect packaging to hold up under real pressure. Our FIBCs are built for that journey, not for the shelf.

We start with the material itself. Grains, fertilizers, crushed stone, and ore all behave differently inside a bulk bag. Fabric weight, lifting loops, and safety factor are matched to the load, not picked from a generic catalog. Every batch is tested before it leaves our Penang facility.
